Our EVOO 100% ITALIAN is born from a skillful combination of Croatian and Carolea Olives.

A mature product rich in intense flavors and an excellent balance of flavors that make it a perfect EVOO for any occasion and thanks to its characteristics it can be also used in cooking at high temperatures for example frying.

TASTE: Fruity green olive of medium intensity, with light sensations of almond, fresh herbs and artichoke. Balanced taste with medium intensity of bitter and spicy, decisive and persistent, with prevailing sensations of fresh almond and berries.

PROPERTY: oil is very rich in polyphenols and containing a high concentration of oleic acid (never less than 75% on average). Polyphenols are among the most precious components of extra virgin olive oil, the only one among vegetable fats to be rich in it. These substances are very rich in antioxidants that have many beneficial effects for our body, including slowing down the aging of cells and also of the skin and used daily to help prevent cancer. Excellent to use raw and in cooking.
