PRODUCT PERFORMANCE
The system was tested at an ambient temperature of 25°C by measuring the liquid temperature at 60- minute intervals. The time taken to reach the optimum temperature varies according to the initial temperature of the wine.
The ice level should be maintained for the first 3 to 4 hours. A temperature of 6-4°C is reached in the first 1 1/2 hours and then maintained at this temperature for 6-9 hours, depending on the ambient temperature.
The performance of all models is similar. For excellent results and maintenance of the desired temperature, depending on the ambient temperature, for more than 9 hours, the ice level should be checked more, already in the first 3-4 hours. The lower the desired temperature, the higher the ice level should be maintained.
