The Restaurant
Nestled in the heart of SoHo at 195 Spring Street, CASASALVO is Chef Salvo Lo Castro’s first full-service restaurant in New York City — a living tableau where Sicilian roots meet Mediterranean flair, refined technique, and warm hospitality. With interiors bathed in glowing gold onyx, Italian walnut paneling, marble floors, and accentuated by citrus and olive trees both inside and on our terrace overlooking Spring Street, the space balances richness and repose.
Dress Code: Guests are encouraged to dress for the occasion. Any guest who does not appear sufficiently well-presented may be refused entry. No shorts, open-toes shoes, or tank tops. Athletic wear and baseball caps are kindly prohibited.

I travelled and worked many years to offer a selection of different services and products. All of these have the mission to bring you a piece of my world: Italy and the Mediterranean Sea.

Our Private Chefs on Table at Home can do anything from an indulgent 8 course tasting experience to a classic 3 course dinner party. Plus, we also serve the broader New York area, including all parts of Long Island and parts of New Jersey, Hamptons and Connecticut.
